Raw Meat, Fish & Dairy

I eat sashimi (raw fish), limited raw beef, and consume raw, unpasturized organic dairy. I am not fond of the nuts and some seeds and I prefer to occasionally have the raw fish and meat. I do consume about 16-24 oz of milk each day. In fact, consuming the raw dairy is what made me move to a raw diet. The milk alone had a positive effect on the way I felt. 14  out of 16 found this valuable. Do you?

Raw flesh foods seem too risky to me. After doing extensive parasite cleanses and optimizing my diet it seems foolish to eat dead animals cooked or uncooked. If you kill the animal and prepare it yourself I guess it's more acceptable than being an accessory to murder. Meat eating by way of the grocery store to me is selfish, inconsiderate to the global community, disrespectful to your body and cowardly. If you're a cave man go out and club and gut that animal yourself. Just my humble opinion. If you want to gut something, try wrestling a durian or taking on a 20 pound jackfruit. Don't get me wrong, I love my flesh eating brothers and sisters just as much as my raw vegan family.

Peace and love,
Adam

I've been on a raw food diet for 8 months and still not recovered from a serious illness. In addition, I've developed dry patches of skin on my elbows and forearm. I was mostly vegan but now I am adding more raw fish, raw cod liver oil and a little raw milk cheese. I hope it helps.

Contact the samuel Hahnemann clinc inOttowa Canada for help with health issues and an overall review of your health- I know homeopathy to have solved more than a few recalitrant cases of anything form skin problems to any other variety of issues palliative westeren medicine has no soulution for except to not express th illness which is like a detox effect that homeopathy has, but instead to repress illness deeper into the immune system. I have been on the raw diet for years and it did not help my horrible health problems until I got a hair analysis done. I have high copper that destroyed my digestive system causing other issues too many to name. I am on the 80 10 10 and if I eat any other food nut seed etc my symptoms come back. Just tried sushimi and loved it. Unsure if I will make it part of my diet. Dont give up on the diet go get a hair analysis and see what is out of balance......Sometimes the raw diet is the answer but not all raw foods can be tolerated. Do you find this valuable?

To obtain raw milk try looking for suppliers at http://www.realmilk.com/where2.html. Some states do not allow the sales of raw milk as human consumable. The cleanliness of the farm, equipment, and animals is extremely important. Make sure the farm has organic grass fed cows with no hormones or antibiotics being used and the farm is prefereably certified to sell milk. I find I am not lactose intolerant with raw milk like I am with pasturized milk - so it is a good product for me.

Soy milk is usually not raw but you can make nut and seed milk that is raw. You may also try raw coconut milk - it is full of electrolyes and tastes great on raw cereals.
