Going raw all at once is a real concern.... your digestive system will indeed back up and give you all sorts of grief. Start by adding raw foods to your meals...fruit at breakfast, salad with lunch and dinner, that sort of thing. After a while (weeks? months? years?) you transition into more and more raw foods until you find you're eating mostly raw. Eating this way does address weight loss, and all manners of disorders right themselves, but I would emphasize going slowly into it so as not to create havoc in the body. 17  out of 17 found this valuable. Do you?
