Jul 6 2006, 12:19 PM EDT Yep. It needs to be soaked in water with the juice of a lemon, though, to make it less strong-tasting. It has much the same texture as pasta, though it's kind of crisp. I prefer really fresh zucchini put through the spiral slicer.
