Hi. The best totally raw body builder I know of (although I'm not a bodybuilder enthusiast) is a Chiropractor named Dr. Douglas Graham. He has written a great book I'm enjoying regarding the raw diet entitled "The 80-10-10 Diet". It talks about needing to have 80% of calories come from carbs, 10% from protein and 10% from fat. It's a great book but he's just written a new one for the body builder folks called "Nutrition and Athletic Performance". It's available on Amazon and he has a website you can research called 'FoodnSport.com' . He's big on being active and eatting raw as a way of keeping fit. He has coached some famous Olympians.
