so i've been doing this very well for about a month i decided i can't live without unhealthy food (it being everywhere around you), But i can go a while without it. so im going to eat raw and ONCE a month im going to have a candy bar, or dessert, or fast food, restraunt....etc. whatever i desire cause then i can know i earned it =) 6  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

Not omly be also lot of peoples including me......
Even i take food mostly in restaurant...
i know it's not well for our health...but,i can't not stop it.....
bcoz of several reasons........
