I HAVE BEEN EATING ABOUT 75% RAW FOODS INCLUDING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES... AND i HAVE SEEN AN INCREDIBLE WEIGHT LOSS. I FEEL GREAT, AND I FEEL LIKE EATING THIS WAY IS HOW I AM MEANT TO BE... STARTING A VEGETARIAN LIFESTYLE WAS A GREAT CATALYST... I HAVE LOST ABOUT 20 LBS IN 6 WEEKS.
