I have been on this diet for two days and i feel like i have a lot of entergy and ive lost 1pound so far! has anyone else lost any weight? if so let me know

Great job on the weightloss Catherine! I, alike to you, have been raw for a little less than week, and shockingly, I've lost over six pounds (I haven't weighed myself in two days). This for me is huge- I've battled with my weight alot- I have a lot of body issues, but going raw is fantastic. I have always been vegan, but going raw just feels amazing. I feel clean and fresh and just have a lot of energy overall. I still am not loving my body, but it feels right- I guess to me, it doesn't look right, but I just feel so right. Plus eating is no longer a displeasure or a guilt for me- I can eat (mostly) and just feel good about what I eat, and love the natural, raw taste of it. Plus, in the past, I had restricted heavily and would end up overeating, and then feeling guilty and doing some not so great things. But now, I feel good after I eat, and satisfied and don't have to eat for a long time after. Raw is amazing, and I can't imagine going back- I just love it.

I am just starting the Raw Food Way.. I am so clueless on where to begin. I just have a hard time knowing what foods I can mix to make a delicious meal. I am so not good at this. The only way i know is just eat a green salad, or just eat broccolli. I need to know how to mix the food to make a good dish. Can someone help
